Roll With It! Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This is a contest of skill. Winners are chosen by judging, not at random.

1. Sponsor

The Roll With It! Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], d/b/a Two Tumbleweeds, [STREET ADDRESS], Boulder, CO [ZIP] ("Sponsor"). The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Amazon or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

3. Contest Periods

The Contest runs in quarterly entry periods ("Periods"). The first Period begins on [START DATE] and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. After that, Periods run by calendar quarter: January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31, each ending at 11:59 p.m. MT. Sponsor may end the Contest at any time by posting notice on this page. Entries received in a Period that has already started will be judged in that Period.

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on this page with your name and email address, upload a photo or short video showing a roll of any Two Tumbleweeds dice set and the creation or experience it inspired, and briefly describe your entry. Alternate free method of entry: if you don't own Two Tumbleweeds dice, email hello@twotumbleweeds.co with the subject "Roll With It Prompt" and we'll reply with a free randomly chosen prompt. Then submit your creation using the form, showing the prompt email in place of the dice roll. Entries made by either method are judged the same way. Limit one (1) entry per person per Period. Entries must be the entrant's own original work, must not include anyone who has not consented to appear, and must not contain offensive, unlawful or third-party copyrighted material. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that doesn't meet these rules. To enter, entrants must check the box agreeing to these Official Rules, including the permission to use photos and videos in Section 8.

5. Judging

After each Period ends, Sponsor's team will judge all eligible entries using these criteria: creativity and originality (40%), how well the entry brings the dice prompt to life (30%) and the overall quality and storytelling of the photo/video and description (30%). In case of a tie, the entry with the higher creativity score wins. The judges' decisions are final.

6. Prize

One (1) winner per Period will receive a $50 Two Tumbleweeds gift card redeemable at twotumbleweeds.co (approximate retail value: $50). The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within thirty (30) days after the Period ends and must reply within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a potential winner can't be reached, doesn't respond in time or is found ineligible, the prize may go to the next-highest-scoring entry.

8. Permission to Use Your Photos & Videos

Entrants keep ownership of their entries. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use any photos, videos and text submitted, whether or not the entry wins. This is a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display and share the entry in any media, including Sponsor's social media accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest), website, email newsletters, paid and organic advertising, product packaging, marketplace listings (such as Amazon, Etsy and Faire) and other marketing and promotional materials. Sponsor may also use the entrant's first name, last initial, city/state and social media handle alongside the entry, without further notice, approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will try to credit entrants where practical. Each entrant confirms that they took the photos/videos themselves (or have the photographer's permission), and that anyone who can be identified in the entry has agreed to appear in it and to this use. A parent or guardian must give that agreement for anyone under 18. Sponsor is not required to use any entry.

9. Privacy

Information you submit is used to administer the Contest and is handled under our Privacy Policy. You'll only join our email list if you check the optional sign-up box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

11. Winners List

For the name of a Period's winner, email hello@twotumbleweeds.co with the subject "Roll With It Winner" within sixty (60) days after that Period ends.
