All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12pm MST are typically shipped the same day. All shipments are sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you upon shipping. Orders are shipped from Tempe, Arizona.
Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. All domestic packing slips exclude pricing.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Expedited shipping via DHL is also available. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges, which vary by country and can include VAT and additional postal service processing fees. These fees can add up, so please be aware before you order.

International standard delivery time estimates are below, but due to the nature of shipping internationally, we can't guarantee delivery. We use an international shipping consolidator in order to provide less expensive rates, so delivery times vary by country. In general, if you order by the dates above, you're likely to receive it before Christmas. If the date has passed, you may still receive it before Christmas, but we don't want anyone to be disappointed, so we try to set a realistic expectation for delivery time. If you absolutely need it, you can choose DHL Express.
We offer hassle-free returns. Just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and upon receipt of your item(s) we'll issue a refund. Easy peasy!
