Brandy Maple Flip
Kind of like eggnog, this flip makes a perfect dessert drink. The chili and maple combination is unique, but you can also try it with nutmeg or cinnamon if you don't like the idea of spice.

3 oz. brandy
2/3 oz. maple syrup
1 egg
chili powder


Combine brandy, maple syrup and egg in a large cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 25 seconds, then add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with chili powder and serve.
