Grapefruit Honey SwizzleThe perfect drink on a hot day. Yeah, swizzle. 2 oz. brandy1/2 oz. triple sec1/2 oz. honey 1 oz. grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)4 dashes Angostura bitters >>><<< In a Collins glass, combine brandy, triple sec, honey, grapefruit juice, and bitters. Stir well with a bar spoon. Fill glass all the way with crushed or shaved ice. (A Lewis bag works well for crushing ice.)
