Orders placed before 12pm MST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm are typically shipped by the next business day. All shipments are sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you upon shipping. Orders are shipped from Denver, CO.
Sending as a gift? Feel free to add a gift message to the recipient in the Notes section of your order — it will print on the packing slip. All domestic packing slips exclude pricing.

International orders are shipped via DHL ECommerce. Shipping costs for your location are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Some countries excluded due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the UK due to VAT restrictions. You can, however, place an order to the UK through our Etsy shop.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges, which vary by country and can include VAT and additional postal service processing fees. These fees can add up, so please be aware before you order.
U.S. ORDERS: We offer hassle-free returns. Just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and upon receipt of your item(s) we'll issue a refund. Easy peasy!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You handle shipping the item(s) back to us, and we'll credit your order in full (items and one way shipping) when we receive them. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you determine the best way to ship depending on your location.
