Most of the time when we roll our Mixology Dice, we don't use all of the ingredients. But in the hands of a skilled mixologist, like Christine Dionese, it's possible to create a drink that melds all of the flavors into a unique cocktail. Whiskey Lime RickeyA refreshing alternative to the Gin Rickey. 2 oz. whiskey1 oz. lime juice (freshly squeezed)club sodalime slices (optional) >>><<< In a highball glass, combine whiskey, lime juice and lime slices if using. Grapefruit Honey SwizzleThe perfect drink on a hot day. Yeah, swizzle. 2 oz. brandy1/2 oz. triple sec1/2 oz. honey 1 oz. grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)4 dashes Angostura bitters >>><<< In a Collins glass, combine brandy, triple sec, honey, grapefruit juice, and bitters. Stir well with a bar spoon. Fill glass all the way with crushed or shaved ice. (A Lewis bag works well for crushing ice.) Brandy Maple Flip

Brandy Maple FlipKind of like eggnog, this flip makes a perfect dessert drink. The chili and maple combination is unique, but you can also try it with nutmeg or cinnamon if you don't like the idea of spice. 3 oz. brandy2/3 oz. maple syrup1 eggchili powder >>><<< Combine brandy, maple syrup and egg in a large cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 25 seconds, then add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with chili powder and serve. Created with Mixology Dice.
